Starting the Real Estate journey
In 2009, Mr. Pankaj Khatreja began his journey in the real estate sector by working in a brokerage company in Noida, India.
Progressing to Real Estate development
After gaining experience in a brokerage firm, Mr. Khatreja moved to a real estate development company, further expanding his knowledge of the field.
Moving to UAE
International offices across 3 continents established global presence.
Entrepreneurial success
Pankaj Khatreja's passion for the industry and vast expertise led him to launch his own company, Rising Door Real Estates in 2018, which gained immense popularity in the UAE market.
Expansion & Achievements
Mr. Khatreja's entrepreneurial journey, spanning over 14 years, has seen immense success, including multiple awards received from different developers in Dubai & Gurgaon, he has recently expanded into a sister company named Darpann Investments in September 2022.
